We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all pARTy purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (our Merchant of Record). To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact Chelsea Henson via the support contact on our site and we'll help you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time via the customer portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Renewals charged within the 30-day window are eligible for refund under this policy.
