pARTy is operated by Chelsea Henson (a sole proprietor). Chelsea Henson is the data controller for personal data processed through pARTy.

• Content: messages, prompts, and event details you share with pARTy
• Support: messages you send to support
• Usage & device data: pages visited, features used, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor Paddle (we do not store card details)

• To create and operate your account, deliver the service — contract
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the service — legitimate interests
• To improve and develop product features — legitimate interests
• To provide customer support — contract / legitimate interests

• Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
